Website enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional travel dates and message. We use that information to understand and reply to your enquiry. Do not include payment-card details, passport scans or driving-licence copies.
When email delivery is available, the enquiry is sent through our email delivery provider. If delivery fails, the form tells you that the message has not been sent and provides an email alternative. We do not treat an enquiry as a booking or use it to change an existing reservation.
Searching and booking
The booking service embedded on this website is supplied by a third-party rental platform. Your search details, such as collection location and dates, are passed to that service so it can return offers. Continuing with a reservation involves the booking provider and the rental company named in the offer.
Review their privacy and booking notices when entering personal information. Payment details belong in the provider’s secure booking flow, never in our enquiry form. Affiliate information in booking links allows the provider to attribute bookings to this website.
Browser preferences and technical data
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser so it can remember your choice. You can remove stored preferences through your browser settings. Loading the booking service can involve additional browser storage and network requests governed by that provider’s notices.
Hosting and email services may process technical information needed to operate the website and deliver messages, including connection information and service logs. Optional website analytics are not active in the current version.
Questions or requests
To ask about information you have sent us, or request its correction or deletion, contact us using the email address associated with your enquiry. For reservation data held by a rental company or booking provider, contact that organisation using your voucher details.
